Epsom salts have been used for hundreds of years to cleanse the body while also encouraging the muscles to relax. The naturally occurring levels of magnesium invigorates muscle control and energy production, so you can get a proper rest when you need it. Especially after a long day at work. Even without a bathtub, epsom salts are great for a foot soak or a full body scrub to encourage new cell production whilst alleviating cramps. We’ve harvested our salts mindfully, so you can get some guilt-free downtime whenever you need.
Repair & Recover
Add a few scoops to a warm bath and have a soak. Relax for about twenty minutes, or until the bath gets cold. Repeat weekly to reap the benefits of the minerals.
